I am living in Brazil 🙌🏻🇧🇷

I arrived this weekend and now I plan to set up and live my life out here

The past 12 months has been a roller coaster and this year has been very challenging for me

After 12 years I have now walked away from my company, at No1 Fitness. It has been an incredible journey and i have learnt so much about life since opening back in 2009

I have been life coaching over the past 3 years and I have now found exactly what I am meant to do and what I love doing. I realised it was time for me to move on

I am able to work anywhere around the world as long as I have internet connection

Brazil is my favourite country and after a month out here over Christmas, it reinforced my decision to make this step. Too be around special people topped with amazing food, good weather, laid back lifestyle, the culture, the diversity and a new change for my life

Within just a few days I have really noticed how much extra stress I was carrying around with me. Being over this side of the world, I would often wake up with lots of messages from back home which always impacted my sleep as I knew I was waking up with things to address

This week I have woke up feeling so light and I have noticed a huge difference already

Rightly or wrongly I have kept this rather quiet as it is something I wanted to do and made sure I did it without any more obstacles.

There has been many changes going on in my life and I have only told a few people, so many will find out now.

It is far from goodbye, I will be returning to UK regularly throughout the year and until then, I am excited to start living a new way of life
