Located in Castle Rock is a full service medical clinic. It is our goal to provide efficient and cost effective care for the insured as well as the uninsured.

We screen all patients for symptoms and risk of exposure to COVID 19. We provide telehealth audio-visual appointments for those who are ill and we perform parking lot testing and limited examination as warranted and determined by our physicians and providers.

For patients who do not have telehealth technology access during the national emergency, we are able to offer phone appointments under select circumstances.

Saturday: 8:00AM - 4:00PM
Sunday: 8:00AM - 3:00PM
