After a cool start to August...heat & humidity is coming back! We warm up into the lower/mid 80s Tuesday with a chance of a shower or storm popping up for some of us in the afternoon. Wildfire smoke will push back into the area Tuesday morning, lowering our air quality once again to where it is unhealthy for older adults, young children and anyone with heart or lung disease, please limit your time outdoors. Heat & humidity will continue to take over the area as the work week moves on. 90s are possible by the weekend and into early next week. Our next chance of significant rain doesn't return again until Saturday night and Sunday morning.
