1. Time out for ourself - avoiding phones, people, distractions. Just us with our thoughts and feelings. Meditation is another word but there is a huge miss conception on what Mediation is. It has saved my life

2. Health - If we understood that if we paid more attention to a broader spectrum of our health our lives would improve significantly in many areas
Sleep, exercise, nutrition, meditation, self development, mindset, activity/stretching, getting into flow

3. Education - To progress in life, we have to continue to keep learning. This is one of my favourite things to do now, and my understanding of things have improved so much. Reading and listening to personal stories from other people really can pull us out of a dark place and allow us to thrive

If we feel lonely and unheard, listen to people like Wayne Dyer and Brenae Brown, they are incredible and will really change the way we look at things

4. Pay attention to the words that we use. This has been a revelation for me. I am so precise with words now, that I can hear when people are being truthful and confident or lying and nervous. Being true to our word will also allow us to say no. Saying no and sticking to our decision is one of the most powerful things.

Also pay attention to the words we tell ourself. Anything followed by “I am” becomes truth. Start every day, saying I am .......... with a powerful statement

5. Best self - one question to constantly ask ourself at every moment is, “how do I show up as my best self right now?”

Even if we are feeling at our lowest, how can we show up as our best self at this moment?
