Public speaking is next in my sights

Last year I set a 10 year goal to sell out The Royal Albert Hall, this goal is even more concrete now

I love speaking in front of people and sharing experiences, teachings and insights. Wayne Dyer, Les Brown, Jim Rohn, Tony Robins, Brenae Brown, Eric Thomas are some of my favourites

I plan to get on stage, travel the world and bring happiness to many people

Here is a 40 minute video of a part of my story which also includes my new concept Think Future Feel Now

I go back to when I had a break down and what I did next

I started meditating and like most people, I was very skeptical initially. I stuck at it and within a few weeks, I started experiencing some changes in my life and my anxiety felt at ease for the first time in a few years

Meditation now is my number one advice to every single person. Lose the name meditation and just call it, “taking some time out for yourself”. 10 minutes of YOU time. Removing all distractions, this simple task will change your life. All areas of your life.

My spiritual journey really started when I was working with people who had terminal illnesses and in some cases had been told they had weeks to live.

Talking about death and spending time with many amazing people I quickly realised how amazing life is and how human beings are a miracle

It amazes me every time that when people have their backs against the wall and have been given little hope, they find a super power within. I have been fortunate enough to experience some amazing moments.

When we are healing, we need all of our energy to heal, every bit of it. I work with my clients and help them Identify where they are leaking energy. Thoughts, the words we use, past memories, grudges, gossiping, environments all leak so much of our energy.

Once we understand the importance of protecting our energy, we find it so much easier to let go of what is serving us

3 tips for protecting and regaining our energy

1. Pay attention to the words that we are using. Words have so much power, and the negative self talk, self criticism and moaning all consume so much energy. Catch ourselves and change the negative words to the opposite

2. Everyone has an opinion - if we can accept this truth we will become more aware of the things people say, which really trigger us. We will be able to protect our energy knowing that opinions will come our way. Turn them into a game, ask yourself, how many stupid opinions will I get today?

3. Saying sorry.. have you noticed how often we say sorry? We say sorry so much throughout the day and by doing this we give away our power.

Thank you for waiting, thank you for your understanding, thank you for your patience work well and is also received well. Say sorry when we mean it, and when we stay true to our word we will make sure we do differently next time.

We all have things to complain about and that’s totally ok. There is however someone out there who is suffering more and would happily trade places with us any time.

We all have the power to change our mood and improve our health. It is as simple as “Just One Breath”. Not easy, but that’s how simple it is

Enjoy, and I would really appreciate your feedback
