( -0147 ) Imagine how safe (in a biowarfare zone) & 'convenient' this is, you're waiting for your weekly citizen health & safety check. Your chosen administrator initiates the remote-controlled procedure, and your health scan results cue one of many possible video instructions, connects you with your state-registered (and ever-monitored) physician, and you await your prescription, which can be filled economically by verbal acceptance through your chosen (ala Coke or Pepsi) prescription 'coupon' service, etc.. [Data mining shares this with a variety of different stakeholders such that it does not appear to be monopolistic], but it takes weeks to get your health records from your doctor half the time !] Richard A Rothschild Got A May 2020 Patent on Covid-19 Testing..

This was fact-checked when it was claimed (as is claimed in the source video - but its wrong) that this Covid-19 testing patent was filed in 2015 (false - what is listed is a 'priority date, which is a reference to an earlier patent which was a more general method, this inventor has filed years of such inventions, dealing with biometric data and personal advertisement serving and such) but JUST AS POTENTIALLY problematic, he fortuitously filed a patent on December 5, 2019, on video retrieval resulting from biometric data values (a handy way of updating citizens of their ongoing scans from their cyborg health & safety monitoring devices... Fact checkers, please provide complete fact checks even if you can't dispel the suspicions you set out to dispel.

[Such patents as the one below, IMHO, do not rise to the threshold of non-obviousness or novelty required to be patentable subject matter - but they are a handy way for insiders to gain monopoly control.

System and Method For Using, Processing, and Displaying Biometric Data
Publication number: 20200126593
Abstract: A method is provided for identifying and displaying video data of a user, either alone or together (in synchronization) with other data, such as biometric data acquired during a time that the video data was captured/received. The method includes storing biometric data separately from the video data, allowing the biometric data to be search quickly to identify at least one value (e.g., a value corresponding to at least one biometric event). At least one biometric time-stamp (e.g., a time, a sample rate, a position within a plurality of values, etc.) linked to the identified value can then be used to identify a corresponding video time-frame, which can then be used to play the video data, either alone or together with biometric data, starting at a particular time (e.g., at a time that the event occurred, shortly before the event occurred, etc.).
