This version of the Declaration of Independence is written to apply to the threat of Socialism on the American People and to the Freedoms granted to us by the Declaration of Independence, the Constitution, and the Bill of Rights. The American People must embrace Life, Liberty, and the Pursuit of Happiness. All of these things are being torn down by Socialists and Socialism

WHEN in the Course of human Events, it becomes necessary for one People to dissolve the Political Bands which have connected them with another, and to assume among the Powers of the Earth, the separate and equal Station to which the Laws of Nature and of Nature’s God entitle them, a decent Respect to the Opinions of Mankind requires that they should declare the causes which impel them to the Separation.
We hold these Truths to be self-evident, that all Men are created equal. This is NOT in the liberal socialist context. This does not mean each person deserves the same or are the same. What it means is, all people are endowed by their Creator with certain unalienable Rights, that among these are Life, Liberty, and the Pursuit of Happiness—-That to secure these Rights, Governments, corporations, and institutions are instituted among Men, deriving their just Powers from the Consent of the Governed, that whenever any Form of Government, corporation, or institution becomes destructive of these Ends; it is the Right of the People to alter or to abolish those Governments, corporations, or institutions. It’s the peoples right to remove and reorganize these Powers in such Form, as to them secure their Safety and Happiness. Prudence, indeed, will dictate that Governments long established should not be changed for light and transient Causes; and accordingly all Experience hath shewn, that when the good of mankind does nothing, then evil will flourish, it is the right of the people, with the authority given to them by God, the Original Declaration of Independence, the Constitution, the Bill of Rights, to abolishing the Forms to which they are accustomed. But when a long Train of Abuses and Usurpation, have taken away peoples rights, liberties, and freedoms it is the peoples Duty, to throw off such Government, to dissemble those corporations, and to abolish those institutions for a better Security. Such has been the patient Sufferance of the American People; and such is now the Necessity to reestablish the founding documents and principles of the American Government. To remove those people, corporations, and institutions that fight against the principles of the: Original Declaration of Independence, the Constitution, and the Bill of Rights. History proves Socialism and Socialists are and have participated in: lies, takeovers, deceptions, historical changes, abolishing just rules, desecrating the Flag, trying to destroy those institutions that stood for freedom, and ignoring the pledge between Government and a Free people. It’s a Socialist purpose to Establish an absolute Tyranny over these United States and even the world. To prove this, let Facts be submitted to a candid World.

Socialists have refused to adhere to established law, but have misused and changed law to promote an unjust system; a system contrary to American Law. A system which favors themselves and those who promote Socialism.
Socialists have encouraged Governors, State Legislators, the Legislative Branch, and Government agentcies to pass Laws of immediate and pressing Importance, to remove the peoples pursuit of Life, Liberty, and Pursuit of Happiness.
Socialists refused to pass laws in a just manner. Their laws are unjustly in favor of themselves and their institutions. There is an unequal appliance to these laws. They discount and even tare down what is truly fair and equal; while proclaiming they are about fairness. Their goals are of complete power.
Socialists call Legislative Bodies in secret, make secret documents, add laws, use government agencies, destroy evidence, remove their corrupt behavior from public record, they manipulate corporations to promote their agenda, their sole Purpose is to fatigue and frighten the American People to give up their freedoms.
Socialists change laws in an unjust manner and corrupt both houses of the Federal Government; many of these laws go against both the Constitution and Bill of rights. Their purpose is to remove the rights of a free people. Their goal is to have only one government, a government of Socialism, run only by Socialists. This type of government goes against the established laws of the United States and against the laws of God.
Socialists have created laws to allow themselves to be the only winners. They resort to unfair tactics and go against the laws of the Constitution and Bill of rights, laws of States, and go against the Will of the People. Their intent is one of a group tyranny.
Socialists use immigration as a way to win elections and harm the American people.
They create laws to destroy American’s founding; in favor of a Socialist dystopia.
Socialists refuse to apply laws of the Judiciary fairly. Socialists, like Thomas Jefferson warned, have corrupted this branch of Government. They appoint judges, who will favor a Socialist agenda, over the principles of the Constitution or Bill of rights. Socialist, through their appointments and bribes, have made Judges dependent on their Will alone, for the cause of Socialism; over the liberty of a free people and the just application of American Law.
Socialists use government bodies to usurp the power of the Legislator and the People.
Socialists have used their agenda to take over the military and squash the right of the people to maintain a militia.
Socialists, their corporation, and their institutions have combined to subject us to a Jurisdiction foreign to our Constitution or unacknowledged by our Laws; giving their Assent to places of authority while pretending to abhear to the Legislation, Original Declaration of Independence, the Constitution, and Bill of Rights
Socialists use the offices of the Government to remove the freedoms granted to the people of the United States. They use these offices to create a favored state for those: corporations, institutions, political parties, and individuals who favor them; over maintaining the equal rights of the American People. It might be suggested of all free people across the glob.
Socialists use trade to destroy America and other free nations.
The Enemies of the United States continue to promote high taxes for their own agendas.
The Enemies of the United States are abolishing the free System of American Law in Local, State, and Federal institutions, establishing an arbitrary Government contrary to the Constitution and Bill of rights. Socialists and their institutions are enlarging their Boundaries, to establish their own rule and for abolishing the Rule of Law of the United States.
Socialists by removing traditional Charters, abolishing our most valuable Laws, and altering fundamentally the Forms of our Governments are enemies of the United States:
Socialists are waging War against the American People through: the: courts, schools, media, corporations, and in every area they take away American’s freedoms.
Socialists have used regulations, fears, and lies to ravaged our Coasts, destroy our communities, destroying our way of life, destroying commerce, destroying the laws of each individual state, and are destroying the Lives of the American People.
Socialists, at this Time are working with the United Nations and other pro socialists nations to bring the Works of Death, Desolation, and Tyranny to the Borders of the United States.
A Socialists goal is to become the Executioners of any institution, political party, corporation, or individual; which disagrees with them.
Socialists have created domestic Insurrections among us, and have endeavored to use the issues of race, economic status, and gender to bring upon the American population a state of war. Their warfare is being fought in every level of American Society. Whose known Rule of Warfare, is an undistinguished Destruction, of all Ages, Sexes and Conditions.
Socialists have used laws, regulations, taxes, institutions, and judges to remove private ownership from the American Citizen.
Socialists have taken over the institutions of learning for their goal of destroying America. They, through their institutions hinder the American citizen the right to teach the way an American citizen chooses.
Socialists are using corporations to remove: the freedom of press, freedom of speech, freedom of expression, and promote causes that are threat to America.
Socialists use their authority to remove property from citizens and give it to other citizens who favor them. This is nothing more than theft. This hinders the pursuit of happiness.
Socialists favor genocide for political gain. This also goes against the pursuit of happiness..
Socialists, with every institution they control, wage a war against God; specifically the one of the Christian and Jew. This goes against the First Amendment. This is especially heinous because The United States of America was founded upon Judo-Christian values.
Socialists are using every means possible to remove the Amendments of the United States for their political agenda. Their repeated attacks against the First, Second, and Fourteenth Amendments should be duly noted.
Socialists disregard and fight against the freedoms of: Press, Speech, Religion, Expression, and Ownership. Their goal is to Remove the just government of the United States for a Government run by a few; who only support Socialism, Communism, and Fascism. While claiming they are in favor of Freedoms and claim they are not oppressors; while their actions in ever institution in the United States have proved otherwise.

In every stage of these Oppression we have Petitioned for Redress in the most humble Terms: Our repeated Petitions have been answered only by repeated Injury. Socialists appoint their own judges, use lawyers to change law, uses schools to brain wash our Children both against God and Country, they use corporations to hinder the freedoms listed in the Bill of Rights, and cheat in elections. A socialist Character is thus marked by every act which may define a Tyrant, a Tyrant is unfit to be the Ruler of a free People. Either by an individual, by a corporation, or by a group. Socialism is a group Tyranny; it’s an enemy of the United States and an enemy of all Free People across this globe.
Nor have we been wanting in Attentions to Socialists and their institutions. We have warned them from Time to Time of Attempts by through the legislative, judicial, and Executive to end the injustice and unwarrantable Jurisdiction over us. We have reminded them of: the Constitution, the Bill of Rights, and the right of individual property. We have been met with contempt. They have been deaf to the Voice of Justice and fairness. We must, therefore, denounces their actions, and separate ourselves from a now corrupt government, to reestablish the government given to us: in the Constitution, Bill of Rights, and by the tradition of: Life, Liberty, and the Pursuit of Happiness. As we hold the rest of Mankind, Enemies in War, in Peace, Friends.
We, meaning true Americans will defend the: Flag, it’s Monuments, it’s history, it’s government, it’s traditions, it’s established rights of Freedom.
We, therefore, the People of the UNITED STATES OF AMERICA, appealing to the Supreme Judge of the World for the Rectitude of our Intentions, do, in the Name, and by Authority of: the Constitution, the Bill of Rights, and the principles given to us in the Constitution and Bill of rights, have the right to levy War, against the enemies of the United States and those who would tare apart this nation in favor of a Socialist Tyranny. To do this we as the American people have the right to remove any: corporation, political party, politician, law, regulation, and Judge which destroys or hinders the Freedoms given to the People in the Constitution and Bill of Rights. The support of this Declaration, with a firm Reliance on the Protection of divine Providence, we mutually pledge to each other our Lives, our Fortunes, and our sacred Honor.

Degree by any American Citizens who believes in the: Original Declaration of Independence, the Constitution, and the Bill of Rights. We the People shall be allowed to Pursue: Life, Liberty, and the Pursuit of Happiness. We, as American citizens, based upon the wrings of this Countries founding have the Right, if not the obligation, to remove those enemies of the United States. And to again live under the laws granted to us by the constitution and Bill of Rights dictates.
