Officials planning disaster declarations after Glenwood Canyon mudslides Pt. 2

Colorado Gov. Jared Polis plans to declare a state disaster and make a request to the White House for a federal disaster declaration after severe mudslides and flooding caused extensive damage to Interstate 70 in Glenwood Canyon.
