Spring Cleaning Your Diet: 4 Day Reset (2012-03-27)

After returning home from a fabulously indulgent vacation at Disney World a couple of weeks ago, I decided I needed a healthy eating cleanse to get back on track. I decided to do my own version of the Tone It Up 7 Day Slim Down, which I call my 4 Day Reset. I basically eat extremely clean for 4 days and cut out all sugar, most dairy, and a lot of starches & carbs. I adapted this from the Tone It Up Diet Plan, which I have been a member of since last spring. I decided to share a typical day of how I eat on the 4 Day Reset with you. Please remember that I am not a health or medical professional and that you should always consult a true expert (like tour doctor or nutritionist) before embarking on a new diet plan or fitness regimen.
