What's In My Gym Bag? (2012-02-18)

FINALLY! I apologize that it took me so long to get this video filmed and posted since the first requests last summer, but here it is! Like I mention in the video, I'd probably use my "regular" gym bag more if we didn't have a home gym and if my gym were farther away from my house. I still like having two bags to so I don't have to change the contents depending on the activity every time I go to the gym. I hope you enjoy this! Food Journal video will be up next.
