This 6x52 stick features a dark chocolate firmly packed very oily slightly toothy wrapper with a triple cap, minimal veins, tight invisible seams and pungent campfire and barn aroma. First light reveals a perfect draw with plumes of thick rich medium-full bodied smoke showing notes of a sweet dried cherry, nuts, deep earth and orange citrus all going through a long smooth finish. The first third tones down the heaviness, the earth and the intensity of the finish, going to a smoother but still flavor packed blend. Burn is great but a bit fast. The 1/2 way point comes at 35 minutes dropping a solid ash with perfect performance. Flavors are a dried cherry and coffee with a caramel coming in the tail end of the draw through the now long again smooth oily finish. Ending at 1:10 the last third keeps the fruity sweetness but brings back the deep earth taking over the draw and finish with a heavy dark pepper flavor but not texture on the finish.
