To make the correct changes, we need to become aware of what is happening right now

We spend most of our day in an unconscious state and before we know it, the day is over

Creating some silent time for yourself is essential. This is the best way “to find yourself”. The silence allows for your intuition, your soul to be heard

That gut feeling is always there

Ask these 4 soul questions each day in the silence or before a mediation.

Silently repeat the question in your head and just feel what comes up for you. Go beyond thought.

The more you do it, the more clarity you get.

1. Who am I?
2. What do I want?
3. What is my purpose?
4. What am I grateful for?

It creates expanded awareness and then keep on the look out. Things will soon start showing themselves to you
