Slow down - Why the rush?

Back to London after some amazing time in Brazil.

Whilst out there I enjoyed lots of sunshine, fresh tasty food and an active way of living

The environment obviously plays a huge factor when it comes to these topics and London makes it harder. If we are not aware of these 3 areas, it is also very easy to full in a trap and this is where health can be affected

Sunshine 🌞 - although it’s freezing, it is important to get out in the day for at least 20 minutes. Vitamin D is very important for our health and we must get as much as we can. Check out @lumie.lights to see their light therapy products. Clients notice instant changes when introducing this over the winter period

🍊nutrition - fresh foods straight from the tree was a daily thing out there. My energy, skin and sleep all improved. The energy in our food provides us with fuel to heal and function. Much of the foods in London are almost life and tasteless from the supermarkets. Get down your local fruit and veg store and introduce more locally produced. Avoid the process foods that make you feel bad. Think of the long game.

Exercise 🏃🏻‍♂️ - the lifestyle was very active out there. In just 2 days being home, I have moved half the amount. Add activity into your routine every day. From a gym session to a stretch. Anything that gets you away from the lap top and off the sofa

London is a great City and provides us with many things to keep us active. Become aware of these points and see how you can improve on them
