Strange Sound at Wildlife Area

Went out for a stroll today at the wildlife area. Was walking down the path and I heard this sound coming from across the pond. There were other people on the trail that I passed, but nobody looked at in its direction. It kept going so I pulled out my phone to film. Any ideas what it is?

There is a Sasquatch hot spot just north of this area
