Think Future Feel NOW! - improving the current model and school of thought
Past, present, future model is slightly flawed and this is why?
I believe The model should be split into two lines, one being think, the other being feel
We are told to always be in the now, be present. This is where the problem occurs
Thought controls feeling. If we are not where we want to be right now and then we say be present, we continue to live and feel now. If you are depressed and you think now, you will always stay depressed
We must THINK future, creating your dream life.
When you think it, then you feel it, so when you think your future self, your body feels it now.
FEEL is always NOW. This is rule 1. What is happening right now is the most important. If we have negative thoughts of the past, we are feeling them right now, and too much of that can really damage our well being and I believe this is a reason we have so many people with illnesses world wide. We are feeling now from past/future thoughts
If you know your body lives and experiences your future thoughts then only you are the one in the way from creating a better, happier future
Let go of the restrictions, be brave and get creative
This is where the meditation comes in. Meditation helps clear the everyday noisy thoughts and then allows you to create a new reality whilst your body feeling it in the now
We are told to be silent in meditation, but I also think we need to be creative. My guided meditations/visualisations help people go to a new level of creativeness.
Again, The only restrictions is the ones they put in the way. Think your future self and feel it now
When you go into meditation, in the emptiness, create your own world. You literally can create anything you want. It is a really amazing experience and a place you can heal and be happy anytime, all you have to do is create it!
Once you feel it, your body will be sending off new vibrations and those things will start appearing in your life
