Sing Along for Solidarity - January 6 Prisoners - Pass It On!

The January 6th Political Prisoners held at the crooked and malignant DC correctional facility still manage to find solidarity and hope by singing our beautiful national anthem every night at 9 p.m.

But they are not alone! There are millions of patriots who are singing right with them, if not physically then figuratively. Let's add our voices to their song, to show them solidarity! I have added my voice here (note that I'm not singing all that well- the quality of your voice doesn't matter, just the quality of your conviction!) You can be tone deaf, and if you love our anthem, just take a few minutes to participate.

HOW TO PARTICIPATE:

1) Record yourself singing along with this (try to be in headphones so it's just a recording of your voice). You can record your voice using the Vocal Memos app built into every iPhone, or there are various apps for recording available on both iPhone and Android phones. If you have a webcam, that sometimes captures voice, too. Just put a paper over the video camera itself so only audio is captured. There are lots of ways! If you need help, just let me know. :)

2) Then send the recording to me! It can be an mp3 file, wav, aiff, AAC, I can handle most formats. To get it to me, you can upload it to any free upload service of your choice (here is a list of examples: https://www.online-tech-tips.com/software-reviews/the-5-best-anonymous-file-sharing-and-hosting-sites/ ), then either put the link in the comments section below, or you can email the link to me at: spacecadetninja@icloud.com.

Once I receive enough recordings, I will create a compilation of patriots singing along with our compatriots in prison, who are suffering the same injustices we fought the revolutionary war over back in 1776. We cannot tolerate this, and must let them know that we support them!

USA! USA! Sing along, and we'll find a way to let them hear. Freedom is not free!

If you'd like to hear just the prisoners singing, you can get that recording through American Greatness (it cuts out in spots and has a lot of high frequency noise, which is why I sang along for you in this video):

Oh, say can you see by the dawn’s early light
What so proudly we hailed at the twilight’s last gleaming?
Whose broad stripes and bright stars through the perilous fight,
O’er the ramparts we watched were so gallantly streaming?
And the rocket’s red glare, the bombs bursting in air,
Gave proof through the night that our flag was still there.
Oh, say does that star-spangled banner yet wave
O’er the land of the free and the home of the brave?
