Sad But True - Democrat Run Cities Seem to be Having a Murder Olympics

The Democrats are running their own murder Olympics in Democrat-controlled cities. It's tough competition, but here I award gold, silver and bronze medals to the Democratic mayors whose policies have helped to kill the largest number of people.
