Correct Interpretation of Matthew 16:28

When in WOF/Prosperity/NAR Theology I heard sermons about how some Christians will not die and will live till the return of Jesus. They used Matthew 16:28. It is a verse taken out of context and I'll show you how using the Word of God exegetically. This is my first time something like this, lets see how it goes!
