So clearly today I'm joined on the MainUnStream mic by Zoe-Anna Bell

OK. Before you jump on here thinking it’s going to be some vulgar pornographic expletive-fest, slow down there cowboy… or cowgirl … reverse or otherwise. Zoe-Anna’s depth of understanding of raw human nature at an energy level is what she shares freely here and there are so many diamonds for people to pick up.

Zoe-Anna originally worked with men, or better said channeled through men into the couple relationship. These days Zoe-Anna’s focus starts with the couple irrespective of whether it’s a guy/girl, two guys, two girls or any gender.

We also discuss the concept or a ‘real man’ and on the topic of real men, I’m reminded of a great book I read by the amazing human being and brilliant actor Sidney Poitier called “The Measure of a Man: A Spiritual Autobiography”. I picked up a paperback copy back in 2000 when it was first published and read it as I commuted between Den Haag in the Netherlands and Bruxelles in Belgium on the Thalys.

That book resonated with a lot of thoughts I had at the time and this conversation with Zoe-Anna bears witness to the transformative thinking that is required to shed the stereotypes of the era in which I and many of us grew up, and in which environments many still are raised.
