How did the White House, FDA, NIH and CDC Drop the Ball?

Around March or April 2020, Dr. McCullough publicly stated, I’m going to put together a team of doctors and figure out how to stop hospitalizations and death, since Americans are pouring into hospitals.

I felt compelled as an academic leader in medicine, if the White House or FDA or the NIH or CDC could not say it courageously, then I would make that statement.
