I was awakened once again in the wee hours of the morning by what sounded like some animal wailing away right outside my window. I put on my socks and shoes and went outside, this time remembering to bring my phone, ready to record "something". Immediately the animal ran into the yard across from my house, and stopped to check me out. Then it proceeded to make multiple loud wailing howls. I tried approaching it but it retreated back between the two houses and was eventually engulfed into the thick darkness.
What do you think it was? A wolf? A fox? A coyote? Could it possibly have been an American Werewolf... in Overland Park!?!
