You can take a time out to re-energize and re-focus, or to catch your breath and reduce anxiety while sitting in a chair.
This 9 minute practice will take you through some joint warm ups and seated sun salutations, ending in a nice calming resting pose, that will be sure to help you find a moment of relaxation.
Props needed: A chair, with both feet firmly on the floor.
