See Jen Run: My Running Story (2011-09-04)

So...this ended up being a monster long video, more confessional-like in nature. I realize this topic might not be everyone's favorite, but it is important to me and a critical part of my fitness & general health so I figured I should include it in this series. I won't be offended if you guys want to skip this one. There will be plenty of other health & fitness related videos in the future, as I'm thinking of incorporating these types of videos on a more regular basis.

If you'd like to leave a video response with your running or other sports story that would be great! I'm also curious to know if it would be interesting for you guys if I did vlogs on my experience with moving as a kid, exercise & anxiety, my yoga journey, as well as future running/training updates.
