Thanks to overreaching, Green Energy Regulations, it is impossible to purchase high end electronics in California, Oregon, Washington, Hawaii, Colorado and Vermont. There is a certain threshold that needs to be met for power consumption under the different levels of regulation in these states and consumers looking to purchase Alienware PC's from Dell were greeted with a message that if you live in any of the above listed states, you are out of luck!
