US bill bans maps with Taiwan part of China; Man attacked for filming subway mourners

A man in China’s Zhengzhou city was brutally attacked by what appear to be plainclothes police officers as the man captures a video of mourners gathering to pay respects after the city’s subway flood disaster.

Heavy rain and bad management aren't the only reasons behind the subway tunnel flood. An expert warned about another risk years ago, but the concern wasn’t taken seriously.
