In Canada, the whole process from start to finish, from filing your application to getting your trademark registration certificate, usually takes about 18 months on average.

In the U.S., the same process takes about 14 months.

So there are a lot of moving parts to the trademark registration process, and I'll have a separate video explaining what those stages are, but for now, all you have to know is, 18 months in Canada and 14 months in the U.S.
