The word for "mind" in Isaiah 26:3 may be better translated "imagination". The one whose imagination is on God and His workings is promised "shalom", or "wholeness, completeness, health"---anytime. Even under tyrannical principalities and powers, He calls us to come up. Here are some steps to getting there.
