Severe storms likely Wednesday night in southeast Wisconsin

We are under a rare MODERATE Risk (level 4 of 5) for severe storms between 11pm and 3am in SE WI. Straight line winds are the main concern with gusts over 70 mph in central WI. Hopefully we will have winds less than that by the time the storms arrive here. Besides the potential for damaging winds, there will be frequent lightning and heavy rainfall. Most of us should see 1" of rain will some spots closer to 2" of rain - we need it. Thursday is mostly sunny with highs in the lower 80s and becoming less humid in the afternoon with the NE wind at 10-20 mph.
