While the Biden administration and Attorney General Merrick Garland claim the 2A Preservation Act is unconstitutional, they've yet to challenge the new law in court. Now, the Kansas City Star reports that a U.S. Attorney's office is trying to work within the confines of new 2A protections, though federal prosecutors may be stretching the limits of what the law allows.
