POMODORO TIMER:

Dedicate and work for 25 mins on something for deep concentration. Then take a 5 min break. You won't get burned out and retouching the material will help with remembering it.

1. Work for 25 minutes. Deep focus on your task.
2. When the chime rings. Stand up, look outside, use the restroom, refresh your drink, stretch.
