Radio retransmit FM on shortwave

Demonstrating retransmission of fm broadcast radio on shortwave at 7.030MHz and 6MHz using a quartz crystal and a ceramic resonator respectively. In the first two instances the first transistor is used as a mixer with both audio and carrier frequencies fed in. In the final scenario an NE602AN chip mounted 'deadbug' style is used as the RF mixer. This video is only for demonstration purposes and transmission is at low power with no antenna. It is illegal to rebroadcast commercial radio at high power with an antenna in most countries.
