Focus on the images within your visual field, or focus on a candle flame in a low-light environment.
Stimulation of the visual cortex aids in the process.

Wear good quality headphones, or be in a well-insulated environment from outside sounds.
Focus deeply on the sound.
Deeply relax your musculature and breathe in your bio rhythm until you feel the frequency of Om.

It is possible that you will obtain lucid dreams during the process, surrender and enjoy your revelations.

We recommend that you do not exceed 45 minutes in these meditations. If you wish, repeat the process the next day, with your Om of best bio rhythmic frequency.
Or at least a 4 hour break between your experiences.
