I do not! These 3 words are sooooo powerful

I posted about this a few nights ago and I have been seeing the benefits of using them in my conversations

Being completely honest and saying exactly what you are thinking is so empowering. An instant weight off of your shoulder

How many times do you do things that you do not want to but find yourself doing them anyways?

How often is there conflict when someone does something you do not agree with. If you can now say, I do not want you doing that again. You can then explain your viewpoint and reasons. Shouting to someone to stop doing something doesn’t then say what you do want.

It honestly is profound and makes communication so much easier
