We continue our drive around the City of Tampa's worst Hood! At least worst in the sense of crime rate. Consider that many minorities do not call authorities and snitch, the area is worse than the records show. This video was recorded outside the passenger side window and memorialized in brilliant 4k resolution. As we watch the drive we also listen in on the Police/Fire scanner. Just enjoy the show!
