EUA - Emergency Use Authorization....Not a 'Vaccine', not yet..

Technically it is just an 'Experimental Drug'.. for use normally in 'compassionate' cases in the event therapeutics were not available. But therapeutics are available..but suppressed. And 'informed consent' is mandated...but suppressed.
