Cubans protest in Calgary: “What we're doing right now is illegal in Cuba”

Kian Simone attends a protest held by Cuban immigrants to Canada in Calgary, Alberta, where a protest organizer told him that “what we're doing right now is illegal in Cuba.” Despite some initial hesitancy to speak, given the mainstream media's manipulation of their message, protesters ended up sharing their desire for their Cuban brothers and sisters to have the same kinds of freedoms we have in Canada — with a warning to younger Canadians to not be enticed by the lure of socialism.
