Monday night is partly cloudy and warm with increasing humidity

Today was day 5 with highs in the 90s, and Milwaukee hit 95 for the 2nd time this summer. That is the hottest of the year. The sun was intense but at least the air was dry. That low humidity starts to change tonight with increasing moisture and becomes steamy by Wednesday again. Tonight stays in the low to mid 70s tonight with just a few clouds and a very slim chance for a morning shower. The afternoon is sunny and more humid with highs near 90.
