The Anthem by Revolution

As said in a previous post. I'm working on a classics playlist for the radio, and I've struggled to get any work by Revolution online (that is from proper online platforms, in a legal fashion). About this , I have a few things on my mind.

As a South African, and music lover who is South African. The fact that the only people who have heard these songs are people who listened to house music or were into house more than 15 years ago is nothing short of a national travesty. The fact that the rest of the world simply has not heard of this stuff is a travesty. I know that people across the world now have come to realise the special place that is South Africa when it comes to House music, but it is a travesty that they have not heard the best of us, why ? Because these record labels for reasons not known to me have chosen not to made available any of this stuff on any online platform, and that my friends is a national travesty and a big disservice to the world.

This is from Revolution's 2004 album, titled another level. released through Universal Music, South Africa.

Perhaps you can call them and ask them: what the fuck ? I'm surely gonna go to their offices in Rosebank, Joburg and ask them what the fuck.
