This is what we have to remind ourselves there is no “I” in team, lol…

I’ve worked on many teams, and really the best team ever was a team that untimely fell apart because of the ego’s that got in the way.

For nearly a year we threw each other under the bus until one day “the facilitator” reminded us that having a clear vision of the finished product and cooperate with each other regardless of opinion was the ticket.

Although hard to accept, so much is learned, technique and experience is gained and then shared.

Knowing this now makes it easier to keep an open mind about any given situation. #dbrn
