Olympic organizers tell fans to 'stay away'

Tokyo 2020 organisers have asked fans to stop watching from the roadside at events like cycling and triathlon. The appeal was made after hundreds of fans lined the streets on Monday to watch the men's triathlon. Flora Bradley-Watson reports.
