Mt. Mago is said to be the only Mountain Peak in Cebu that technically sits along the boundary of not just one Municipality, but three. It is peacefully located in the boundaries of Danao, Carmen and Tuburan, Cebu. Moreover, It stands around 755 MASL that offers a panoramic backdrop view of different mountains around. Actually, I got shocked the moment I knew about it. And so, I suddenly remember about our trek to Ablayan Peak in Boljoon, Cebu, 2 years ago. It is likewise located in the boundary of Boljoon and Malabuyoc. Also, Mt. Mago is also known to be one of the friendliest mountains in Cebu, since it has a very friendly trail when you get to its summit. Perhaps, the trail of Mt. Mago is comparable to the trail of Mt. Naupa.
