People STILL wear masks and JAB CENTER accepts walk-ins?

I was shocked to see in person 21 people wearing masks today OUTSIDE in the HEAT !!!
8 wore them on the pathway parallel to Van Wagner's Beach Road
2 wore them IN gage park
4 wore them within 1 block of St. Joes downtown
7 wore them on Locke St south of Caroline

And I bet there's more locations I haven't even covered where people wear masks.

Oh, and as for the grey bag.... I was carrying a chocolate bar in that bag and was dismayed to see it melted on my way home since this area is not near me.
