This 5.5x46 stick features a medium tan oily and butter smooth wrapper with a few small veins, tight seams, a double cap and strong hay aroma. First light reveals a good draw with very good smoke output, medium bodied flavor of a slightly bitter dry cedar, with an oil left on the lips through the long finish. The first thrid burns pretty quickly, showing much the same profile, just dropping the dryness. It is just a oily, bitter wood with much of the bitterness being in the oil on the lips. 25 minutes in the 2nd third luckily drops the bitterness, adding a milder creamy nuttiness to the blend. Smoke output is even better getting thicker and more voluminous. Ending at 50 minutes where it went VERY hot and mushy with 1" remaining of the nub, the last third showed no further changes to the profile.
