Video Of What's Purported to be Graphene Oxide in a Petri-Dish

From my understanding, Graphene Oxide particles are nanoparticles, therefore they would be far smaller than what we are seeing in this video. That said, it is possible that they have already clumped together into groups that might explain what we are seeing here.

Whatever it is, it is certainly very strange
