Powell River Walleye, Smallmouth and Redeye

My second trip to the Powell River in Virginia and it didn't disappoint again with 68 total fish with a nice 19" Walleye to top off the day with James Hartsock. The size and amount of Redeye (Rock Bass) in this river just amazes me each trip, I take on it. I even caught a Huge Redeye on a 4" Bull Shad Swimbait! This is a beautiful river no matter if you're catching fish or just floating! One of Virginia's hidden gems for certain.
