(00406) Part Six (P) - Tampa, Florida. Driving the Hood!

We continue our snooping of the Tampa, Florida Hood. Not surprisingly, the Hood more or less is divided in two sections, each being on their side of Martin Luther King Junior Boulevard. It is a notorious area but at times you might not believe it as there are pockets where the residents care for their homes.
