Eating fruit only all day followed by a salad for dinner teamed up with supplements that bridge the gap to resolve body issues meant that I was able to time trial climbing this mountain today. Took 1 1/2 hours less than the signpost said at the bottom. Really rapt to be fit, agile, strong and have endurance. It's not an easy one to climb.
