If your struggling to quit smoking because of the high amounts of nicotine, then following these tips;
Tip #1: Get support from friends and family (Use them to make sure you stay on track, especially during withdrawal)
Tip #2: Set a goal (try to take baby steps to get used to the feeling of not craving a cigarette, vape pen, cigar, etc. Goal should be at least 2 months)
Tip #3: Go to therapy (Most people smoke to relieve stress, so try different forms of therapy to help get stuff off you chest)
Tip #4: Slowly phases it out (Slowly decrease usage to make withdrawal easier. Setup some specific smoking times and places and slowly stop using them with each passing week).
