13kv Line Grounds Out on Fence

Info from Licensor: "Severe thunderstorms hit the Baltimore area causing more then 30k power outages. Screen shots from this video made front page in the newspaper. Lighting struck the transformer dropping the 13kv line on a car and fence which then energized the entire fence and a car. The lined stayed hot for 3 hours until local utility could shut it off."
