FILIPINO PORK SINIGANG

The famous yummy Filipino Tamarind Soup / Sour Stew cooked the easy way.

►INGREDIENTS :

1/2 kg pork liempo or buto buto
1 pc onion, quartered
2 pcs tomatoes, guartered
1 medium sized taro (gabi), diced
6 pcs snake beans (sitaw), cut in 2 inch strips
1 labanus, sliced diagonal
1 bunch water spinach (kangkong)
1 green chilli (siling haba)
3-4 tbsp fish sauce (patis)
4 pcs sampaloc or 1 small pack Sinigang mix
3-4 cups of water
